The newly launched Full Moon Rising series debuts with German producer Ninetoes taking control of the beachside booth. Known for his percussion-driven house music, Ninetoes brings his extensive background in the European house circuit to the opening session of this monthly gathering. His sets typically bridge the gap between deep house and more robust, floor-focused electronic music.

Rather than a standard club night, this event operates as a progressive beach party that shifts in intensity as the night develops. Ninetoes will guide the musical direction, anchoring a lineup designed to match the natural progression of a full moon gathering on the sand.

A New Monthly Cycle at Gitano

Full Moon Rising is a new event series developed by Gitano Beach, designed to align with Tulum's lunar calendar. Operating as a monthly gathering, the series focuses on the intersection of electronic music and beachfront outdoor dancing. Each edition features different guest DJs, establishing a rotating residency that brings international house acts to the southern end of the beach zone.

As part of the broader Gitano Group, which operates locations in New York, Miami, and Dubai, this new series maintains the organization's focus on high-end hospitality paired with credible electronic music. The concept moves away from weekly club nights to focus on a single gathering each month.

Oceanfront Dancing Near Sian Ka'an

Gitano Beach occupies a stretch of sand on the more secluded southern end of Tulum's hotel zone, positioned near the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve. Recently relocated beside the boutique Casa Gitano, the venue features a minimalist design with a natural sand dancefloor and direct ocean views.

The physical space lacks the heavy concrete enclosures of traditional clubs, relying instead on the natural acoustics of the Caribbean coastline. This setup complements the organic house and deep house selections that define the venue's standard programming. Dancers spend the entire night on the sand, with the ocean serving as the immediate backdrop.

Dinner Seating and Table Reservations

The event begins at sunset, with dinner seating available between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. For those attending the late-night portion, tables are reserved for the entire night, and bottle service is available directly on the beach. Guests must reserve for their full party size in advance to ensure group seating.

The transition from the dinner service to the main beach party happens naturally as the evening progresses. Attendees planning to arrive strictly for the headline performance should aim for the later hours. The venue maintains a premium atmosphere, with the main musical programming peaking around midnight.
